Meet the Managers

Our Selsdon nursery is managed by Hayley Harbury, who has been part of Brightsparks since 2002. As well as being a mother herself, Hayley holds both a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and a degree in Early Years Childcare and Education. With extensive experience in early years education, Hayley leads the nursery with warmth, professionalism and a strong focus on children’s wellbeing and development.

She is supported by her Deputy Manager, Samantha Staples, who is a Level 3 Early Years Educator and has been at Brightsparks since 2013. Together, they lead a committed team dedicated to delivering high-quality care and learning in a welcoming environment.
