Our Rooms

Working in Partnership with Parents

At Brightsparks, we believe it is extremely important to work closely in partnership with parents and carers to ensure every child feels happy, secure and supported from the very start.

Before your child begins with us, we will invite you to visit the nursery to complete your child’s information forms with our team. This helps us get to know your child’s individual needs, routines and interests so we can provide the very best care and support.

We offer free settling-in sessions during the week before your child’s start date, helping them become familiar with their new surroundings, key person and friends.

Our nurseries are bright, welcoming and well resourced, offering children time and opportunity to grow as creative, confident and independent learners. We provide a secure and inspiring environment with regular access to outdoor play, supporting children’s development and wellbeing.

At Brightsparks, your child’s happiness and well-being are at the heart of everything we do.

We warmly invite you to come and visit us and see for yourself.

Our Rooms

At Brightsparks, each room is carefully designed to meet your child’s developmental stage, ensuring they feel secure, stimulated and supported as they grow.

Little Stars

(From 3 months)

Our Little Stars room provides a true home-from-home environment for our youngest children. Babies can join us from just 3 months old and receive dedicated, nurturing care in a calm and loving setting.

The playrooms are bright, colourful and thoughtfully designed, offering a wealth of natural and exploratory play experiences. We also have a separate, peaceful sleeping area, ensuring they receive the quality rest they need throughout the day.

The Little Stars room is fully equipped with its own milk kitchen and changing area, allowing staff ratios to be maintained at all times. We operate at a minimum ratio of one member of staff to three children, ensuring close supervision and individual attention.

We are extremely proud of our specially designed baby menu, tailored to meet each baby’s individual needs, including freshly prepared homemade weaning meals.

We are happy to follow your baby’s individual routine and strongly encourage close communication between parents and our nursery nurses during these important early months.

All staff working within our Little Stars and Shooting Stars rooms are fully qualified to care for children under two years of age and have completed specialist training, including paediatric first aid, safer sleep, weaning and baby care, ensuring the highest standards of safety, well-being and development for our youngest children.

Our Gardens

All our nurseries have large and leafy gardens which have a mixture of grass and all weather playing surfaces. The older children are able to free flow into the garden whenever they want during the morning workshop. The gardens are well equipped and there are plenty of opportunities for the children to play, explore and grow flowers.
