Meet the Managers

Our Old Coulsdon nursery is led by Laura Pike, who has worked with Brightsparks since 2004. As well as being a mother herself, Laura holds both a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and a degree in Early Years Childcare and Education. Laura is an experienced and passionate childcare professional committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating early years environment.

She is supported by our Support Manager Kate Stark, who also holds both a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and a degree in Early Years Childcare and Education. Kate has been part of the Brightsparks team since 2006. Together, they lead a strong and caring team that works closely with families to support every child’s development.
